Carine Bouery is committed to helping people and planet live in happiness and harmony by promoting wellbeing and sustainability intitiatives in communities and corporates across the Middle East, including India and Pakistan.

With over 20 years of corporate branding, marketing and communications experience, predominantly in the Energy sector, Carine is also a certified chief happiness and wellbeing officer and an award-winning employee experience strategist, trainer and speaker who has been helping organizations foster fun, meaningful and innovative corporate cultures since 2015, while coaching people to become happier and more confident versions of themselves.

Carine is currently Head of Marketing at Positive Zero, an energy transition company that helps businesses forge simpler and more affordable pathways to decarbonization and efficiency. Carine is also the President of the UAE Chapter of the World Happiness Foundation based in Dubai.

Carine holds a Masters degree in Leadership and Innovation in Contemporary Media and a Bachelors degree in Visual Communications from the American University in Dubai.
